Visiting hours Tuesday to Saturday from 9 to 15 Sundays from 10 to 14 hours. It’s closed on Mondays.

This museum is in an 18th century palace that exhibits pieces of the 19th century romantic period. The main hall of the museum is the Dance hall where the outstanding pictorial works of important decorative pieces of the Queen Isabel. In the hall of Prim two paintings about the romantic suicide by Alenza are exhibit, although the most valuable piece of art is the portrait of San Gregorio Magno painted by Goya.

Apart from these, the visitor can also see the different rooms and the hall dedicated to Larra, with the memories of the brilliant writer – journalist including the gun that he used to end his life in 1837.

Inside the buildings you can contemplate beautiful 19th century Romantic Andalusian patio, with a fountain in the Center. Big golden windows and ducal crowns illuminate the assembly hall.
